I agree 100% they could have trimmed it a bit, but the performances and kick-in-the-Hollywood-ass humor compensated immensely. This is without a doubt the best Tinseltown satire I've seen since BEYOND THE VALLEY OF THE DOLLS; Stiller maybe no Ebert, but (like you), I never really cared for him until now.
